Our History
Founded in 1875, Cambiaso Hermanos has been dedicated to the art of tea and herbal excellence for 150 years, building a legacy that spans THREE generations of unwavering commitment to quality. Today, under the leadership of our third family generation, we continue to honor the traditions established by our founders while embracing innovation and global expansion.
In 1990, a transformative collaboration with a “TRADITIONAL MEDICINE” specialist led to an ambitious vision: creating a brand that would export the finest organic teas and herbs from the Andes to the United States and beyond. This partnership gave birth to Garden of the Andes in 1993, a brand that from its inception was built on the foundation of organic principles and international quality certifications.
Over the past three decades, Garden of the Andes has evolved from a regional exporter to a presence on multiple continents, bringing our carefully crafted organic teas and herbs to discerning consumers across North, South, and Central America, Asia, and Oceania. Our commitment to quality remains unchanged, even as climate challenges have led us to expand our sourcing network worldwide, always maintaining the strict standards that have defined our company for more than a century and a half.
Today, as we celebrate 150 years of family heritage, we continue to pursue our vision of providing exceptional organic products while adapting to the needs of modern consumers and the realities of a changing world, ensuring that the legacy of Cambiaso Hermanos endures for generations to come.
