Composting

Imagen foto_00000001Composting is a natural form of recycling, which continually occurs in nature.

Organic material is transformed through decomposition into a soil-like material called compost. This process results in a natural form of fertilizer, which is used extensively in organic agriculture. On our farm we carefully process compostable materials in order to bring back to the soil the nutrients which are lost in our processes.
